# A Few Seconds in June

We [turned East](https://www.by2pedals.com/theride/leaving-california-with-an-aching...-in-my-heart) this month and began our journey into the mountains. From the gorgeous rivers and the Cascade mountains in Oregon, through the desert canyons of Idaho, and into the cold towering peaks of Montana; this month has felt like we made our turn into the wild.

Below, you'll find our 5th month of 1 Second a Day. I'll admit we fell off a bit using the app this month, but we will be better about capturing these vids in July. For all our older versions, you can check out our [US Cycling Page](https://www.by2pedals.com/biking-across-the-us) and/or our [South America page](https://www.by2pedals.com/cycling-in-south-america). Enjoy!
